Martell's Tiki Bar in Pt. Pleasant, NJ

Every summer, we go to see one of my favorite bar bands, Southside Johnny & the Asbury Jukes, at Martell's Tiki Bar in Pt. Pleasant, NJ. Dates for 2008 have not yet been announced, but Southside usually shows up at Martell's around Labor Day. We'll keep you posted when tickets go on sale.

The Bay Head Family Reunion

Rex has decided to host his family reunion in August in Bay Head, NJ. We're sending Grammy and the "uncles" to the Grenville. I will keep you posted along the way.

Jersey Biters

First Post -- New Bay Head, NJ Blog

I'm trying to do a little bit of bloginization over on my primary site, Roxiticus Desperate Housewives. Since Bay Head, NJ is not really part of the Roxiticus Valley, I thought it was time to give Bay Head a space and a blog of its own. Once the weather starts to warm up, we'll open our beach house and spend weekends down there and I'm hoping to post some photos. In addition, I'd like to find the time to work on a thorough Best of Directory for Bay Head, NJ: shopping, restaurants, kid stuff and more.
