It's Sunday night, and our family spent a quiet rainy weekend in the Roxiticus Valley instead of heading down to our beach house in Bay Head, New Jersey. We never close up our house for the season until after the Bay Head Halloween Parade (Sunday, October 26th this year), but the back-to-school rhythm and the Fall weather conspire to make our visits less and less frequent after Labor Day.
With less than 40 minutes until the season premiere of Desperate Housewives, we're headed upstairs for bedtime stories with dreams of sunny skies tomorrow.
